Belmont Bay is a beautiful planned community gloriously situated on the banks of the Occoquan River just 14 miles south of Washington, DC in suburban Prince William County.   It is sandwiched between the major I-95/Route 1 transportation corridor and the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge.   This 325 acre community offers a chance to live a resort lifestyle but still be close to the city.  The VRE is within walking distance of Belmont Bay for commuters.

Also located in Belmont Bay, the Osprey's Golf Club is among Northern Virginia's most memorable and challenging golf courses.  Perched alongside a protected wetlands area on the banks of the Occoquan River, the Ospreys Golf Club spreads across 5570 yards and is a par 70.
